The VMVLA starts a new tradition for the Fall Seminar. In addition to the Kick-Off at the first of the month, we now have the "Half-Time" Live Seminar.

2026 Fall Seminar Half-Time Morning Session on ZOOM

This one day event will be held at the Bartizon Event Center in SHort Pump. The morning session will being with Breakfast with a Side of Ethics followed by three hours of CLE sponsoed by Emotiontrac Legal, the leader in AI and Large Data analysis for Attorneys with programs on TBI, Jury Voir Dire and "the Two Brains in the Jury Box."

During Lunch, Jonathan Clark will provide inforaation on how Emotiontrac can assist in your case development.

The afternoon session will begin with a two-hour CLE by David Smith, A leading expert on Federal Forfieture Law, and will conclude with a presentation by Bonnie McCormick from our Co-Sponsor Sunshine Nurse on Life Care Planning.

This registration is for participating IN PERSON in Short Pump. If you will attend by Zoom, please register for the Morning and Afternoon Zoom Simulcasts.

This program will provide 7.5 hours of CLE including 1.0 hours of Ethics. It begins at 7:45 AM and concludes at 4:30 PM EDT.
