Creditor/Debtor Practice in the General District Courts: A Choose Your Own Adventure CLE -- This CLE explores the word-a-day world of creditor-debtor practice in the General District Court -- the Civil Justice System's most common form of lawsuit which remains a mystery to the uninitiated. Follow one of four paths on your adventure: As Creditor, as Appearance Counsel for the Credit, as Debtor, and Appearance Counsel for the Debtor, from filing to satisfaction.

This two hour CLE will cover the basics of collecting and defending a debt in the General District Court. The principal focus will be on procedure and trial practice, with a smattering of ethics.
