The Mechanics of an Appeal (co-sponsored with CVPA)

This CLE is designed primarily for solo practitioners who will be filing their own appeal and for support staff who file appeals on behalf of their attorneys. The course will focus on the rules and procedures for perfecting an appeal in the Court of Appeals of Virginia.

This program is presented live on Zoom and will be approved for 1 hour of CLE. The program is open to all VMVLA attoneys and CVPA members at no cost. Non-VMVLA member attorneys my register for a fee of $20 and have as many non-attorney staff members participate as they wish.
